This is like a metaphor for water, the rills, the flows, the waves, the rush and return, the rhythms, the push, and even the undertow pulling itself back out. Yet it lays like a fabric on a surface, with gentle motions of rolls and drapings. Great work, great tension in there. Even the greens and values work for the 2 part interpretation.
Wow, you were able to really get a lot out of this one! I think you saw more in it than I initially did, but now, I too can see the water.
