Tweak Tag

070210-8

070210-9

These two images were created by "playing" a game called "Tweak Tag". The game of Tweak Tag is played like this: Someone will post parameters to a fractal in a forum or other location, and other users will tweak the paramters to come-up with their own fractal. What I mean by "tweak", is that once you have the parameters, you move/rotate/flip/add/delete transforms, change weights, change variation amounts and so forth. To see an example of Tweak Tag in action, click here. By clicking on that page, you can see the original parameters and each tweak done to them. Mine are in there somewhere. Give it a try and see what you come-up with! (Original parameters were "donated" by New2DA.)

These are very cool. I really like the white background; it's so 'crisp'.

I'll have to try "Tweak Tag".

Thanks, Deb! I think if you give Tweak Tag a try, you may become addicted. Personally, I think Tweak Tag can really expand the fractal artist's horizons - it opens up all sorts of new possibilities, mainly in that it is a good source of fractal education. :)

Hi Giovanni,

I think so, too! I haven't participated much in the past, but I think beginning now and in the future I will. My goal is to learn about different styles of fractals - to see how they were created.

Hi Exper, thank you. I have to agree with you. I like the white one, too. I think I like it more because it is so much different than the regular background color that I use - black.
